Behind Eaze HR is Ellen, a CIPD-qualified HR professional who has gained experience within a wide variety of industries and sectors over the last six years. 

Ellen works full-time as a HR Business Partner for a global manufacturing company, and has always maintained her passion for changing the reputation attached to HR. 

Having realised that there was a clear gap in the market for small business owners who needed bespoke and personalised HR support, Ellen has worked hard to build and maintain relationships with local businesses, both with her ‘HR hat’ on and without.

As a result, Eaze HR was created to fill that gap and become a key stakeholder for many businesses within Yorkshire and the East Coast.
